Our cancellation policy for any purchases from the Quantum Trading software site is very simple and clear. 

Refund policy for tangible goods such as software products 

All our software is covered by a 7 day money-back guarantee. Day one is from the date of purchase, so your order date is counted as one of the seven days in total.

This is a ‘no questions asked’ refund policy. All you need to do is to advise us in writing during the 7 day period that you would like a refund, and we will then return your money the same day. We offer this to all our customers as we do understand trading styles and approaches differ from one trader to another.

At the same time, any indicators will be deactivated on our servers so they will no longer be available for you to use.

Requests for refunds should be sent to helpdesk@quantumtrading.com and titled: ‘Software refund request’ which will then ensure our accounts team action this immediately for you.

PLEASE NOTE – In the event that you order an indicator or product that you have previously ordered and then requested a refund, our 7-day money-back guarantee will NOT apply to such an order for the same product. This also applies where the same indicator is purchased for a different platform. In placing such an order with us it is assumed you have read and understood these terms and we make NO EXCEPTIONS. This applies whether for a single indicator, a group of indicators, or the full package of indicators. This also applies where a product has been ordered, refunded, and then ordered as part of a bundled package. In such cases, no refund will apply to the product previously refunded, and only those products not refunded in the past will be eligible for a refund on a pro-rata basis. This policy also applies where you have ordered using a different email address to the one used on the original order where the same name is used.
